Gratitude. And looking ahead.

At the end of the year, many of us pause for a moment. Not to judge the past, but to see more clearly where we are heading.

At Le Venera, we are grateful to everyone who is part of our story. Not only as clients, but as individuals who know how to take a moment for themselves. Who understand that self-care is not a luxury, but a responsibility—to oneself and, indirectly, to others.

We live in a time of constant rushing, pressure, expectations, and permanent availability. There is too much of everything—information, tasks, roles—while time often feels scarce. That is why balance has become one of today’s most vital values.

We are not talking about perfection.

We are talking about harmony.

Between work and rest.

Between responsibilities and moments of pause.

Between what you give to others and what you need for yourself.

For some, this means more space for family; for others, more time for hobbies, nature, silence, or movement. Everyone has their own rhythm—and that is exactly how it should be.

Putting yourself first is not selfishness. It means understanding that we can only give our best when we are, at least to some extent, in balance. When we are in touch with ourselves in a way that is personal and authentic.

Challenges are part of the journey. No one escapes them. What matters is finding meaning within them. Rain and sunshine are not opposites, but parts of the same process. Trusting that things move forward and eventually clear is what builds inner strength.

May the Christmas holidays be a time of peace. Peace in mind, body, and relationships. A time without rushing, and the feeling that what is, is already enough.

As for the New Year, it is worth entering it with realistic optimism—one that stands firmly on the ground, yet still believes in the good. Health, inner calm, clarity, and the courage to take time for yourself without guilt are the values that truly matter.

Thank you for co-creating a space where respect and humanity are not taken for granted, but are a conscious choice.

For the new year, I wish you health, stability, and lightness—at your own pace.
