The human body is a precious gift of Mother Nature. To truly understand it and care for it, we must know and respect certain natural principles. Our body is alive and constantly renewing itself – and in this process, the **prostate** plays a key role. It is not only vital for reproductive health, but also for maintaining overall vitality.
The body came into existence at the moment when female and male energies – yin and yang – united. This union gave birth to life itself, and at the same time to the sexual energy that constantly renews us and keeps us strong. What created us also sustains us.
A healthy prostate allows man to continue his lineage, but at the same time it also **protects his health, clarity of mind, and life force**. Yet many men do not realize that the prostate is not only a gland, but also a muscle – and like any other muscle, it needs regular activity to stay fit and fully functional.
Sports and physical activity are excellent for overall health, but they cannot, by themselves, keep the prostate in optimal condition. For that, men need to learn **internal exercises** that strengthen this delicate area and ensure its natural functioning throughout life.
Ancient masters knew this well, and passed down practices to maintain health, strength, and vitality. One such method is very simple, yet powerful. It stimulates circulation, strengthens the prostate, and supports sexual energy:
* Sit comfortably with your spine straight.
* Breathe calmly and deeply into the lower abdomen.
* Rub your palms together until they are warm.
* With your left hand, gently hold your testicles. With your right hand, massage the lower abdomen in slow circular movements.
* At the same time, gently but attentively contract and release the perineum (the area between the testicles and the anus).
* Repeat at least 300 times.
These gentle contractions act like an inner massage – encouraging the flow of blood and life force throughout the entire body, especially in its lower part.
Welcome to the circle of men who consciously care for themselves and, in doing so, prevent prostate problems at any age. With regular practice, you will also notice other benefits: improved digestion, deeper sleep, more energy, stronger immunity, enhanced sexual vitality, creativity, and overall well-being.
**Note:** these exercises are intended as a **complementary support** for prostate and overall health. They do not replace medical examination or professional treatment, but they can greatly contribute to your vitality and daily balance.
